Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ onion(s), finely diced
  • some pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp herbs (8-herb blend, frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very easy

Mix all ingredients. Tastes great in any salad.
