Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme
  • 1 sprig(s) tarragon
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 500 ml rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place herb sprigs and 2-3 lemon slices in a bottle and pour in the rapeseed oil. Let it steep for at least a week. Store in a dark place. Tastes delicious with fish or in salads.
