Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 m.-sized eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
- 2 tbsp dill, freshly chopped
- 2 tbsp chives, freshly chopped
- 2 tbsp chervil, freshly chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g smoked salmon
- some basil for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Whisk the eggs with the milk. Mix in the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large pan, cook the omelet until golden brown on both sides, cut into quarters, and serve on plates. Top with smoked salmon and sprinkle with basil to serve.
