Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g wheat flour type 550
  • 20 g yeast, fresh
  • 75 g butter, soft
  • 175 ml water, lukewarm
  • 8 g herbal salt
  • 1 pinch of sage or oregano
  • 1 pinch of basil
  • 1 pinch of thyme
  • 6 peppercorns, green, from the jar, finely chopped

Heat the water and pour it into a tall mug. Crumble in the yeast and keep it warm. Combine the flour, herb salt, warm butter, and spices in a bowl. Add the risen yeast. Stir with a wooden spoon until everything is combined. Knead the dough with your hands until it is nice and smooth. Let it stand in a warm place for one hour, kneading several times. The dough is easy to prepare and can be refrigerated overnight before further processing. Top with your choice of toppings.
