Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter apple juice
  • a few stalks of lemon balm
  • a few sprigs of mint (apple mint)
  • some stalks of ground ivy
  • possibly lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes

delicious and refreshing

Lightly mash the herbs with a rolling pin and let them soak in the apple juice overnight. The next day, replace the old herbs with fresh ones, perhaps adding a slice of lemon.
