Herbal Meatballs
The perfect herbal meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 3 Discs American toast
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 Onions
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Herbs of Provence
- 1 tsp Dried marjoram
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth
- 1 tbsp Chives fresh
- 2 tsp Sweet paprika
- 2 Eggs
- 0,5 tsp Garlic paste (see recipe)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Cut the toast slices into cubes and soak with the cream for 10 minutes. Peel and dice the onions.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the diced onions until they are glassy.
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, add eggs, mustard, parsley chopped until smooth, sweet paprika, dried marjoram, herbs of Provence, fresh chives, garlic paste (garlic paste), salt and pepper from the black mill and soaked with the glassy steamed onions Toast cubes, mix well and season to taste.
- Shape the mince into 8 meatballs with moistened hands.
- Heat the clarified butter in the pan, insert the meatballs and fry on both sides over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Turn it every now and then.
