  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 packet Dry yeast

  • 100 g Sugar
  • 200 ml Milk lukewarm
  • 1 Pc. Deep fryer
  • 2 Poles Fat for deep-frying
  • 1 glass Currant jelly
  • 1 glass Powdered sugar
  1. I use a deep fryer.

  3. Put the flour in a bowl, add salt, sugar, butter or cream, milk and vanilla pulp. Sprinkle on the yeast, knead everything well, then let the dough rise for about 1.5 hours.
  4. Shape small amounts of dough into balls, which are then pulled out in the middle to create a hollow.
  5. Let it rise for a moment, then place it with the hollow facing down in the hot deep-frying fat and fry until golden yellow. Approx. 2 minutes each side
