Graz Pulled Out 14 Pieces
The perfect graz pulled out 14 pieces recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Sifted flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 200 Cream
- Or
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pulp
- 100 g Sugar
- 200 ml Milk lukewarm
- 1 Pc. Deep fryer
- 2 Poles Fat for deep-frying
- 1 glass Currant jelly
- 1 glass Powdered sugar
- I use a deep fryer.
- Attention: Those who work with cream take a little less milk!
- Put the flour in a bowl, add salt, sugar, butter or cream, milk and vanilla pulp. Sprinkle on the yeast, knead everything well, then let the dough rise for about 1.5 hours.
- Shape small amounts of dough into balls, which are then pulled out in the middle to create a hollow.
- Let it rise for a moment, then place it with the hollow facing down in the hot deep-frying fat and fry until golden yellow. Approx. 2 minutes each side
- Now pour currant jelly into the hollow and dust with powdered sugar.
