Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 700 ml olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- some rosemary, fresh
- 2 chili peppers
- some thyme, fresh
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
- 10 olives, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 30 days; Total time approx. 30 days 10 minutes
Chop the chili peppers and garlic into small pieces and place them in a swing-top bottle or a bottle with a screw cap. Add the remaining ingredients. Then seal tightly and let it steep for about 30 days.
