Herbed Broiler Chicken with Vegetables

The perfect herbed broiler chicken with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Chicken breast fillets
  • 0,5 piece Leek
  • 1 piece Red pepper
  • 0,5 piece Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sambal Oelek
  • 100 ml Cream
  • Herb butter
  • 0,5 piece Zucchini
  1. Preheat the oven to 185 degrees.
  2. Remove the stems from the peppers, core them and cut into small pieces.
  3. Chop the zucchini into small pieces
  4. Cut the leek into rings.
  5. Cut the meat diagonally several times
  6. Brush the slots with Sambal Oelek and place in a baking dish with a lid
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Put the herb butter (amount as desired) into the slots.
  9. Place the peppers and zucchini around the meat
  10. Spread the porre rings over the entire meal.
