Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 role Puff pastry from refrigeration
  • 2 tsp Apricot jam
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Sugar and cinnamon
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Wash the apples, cut them in half and cut out the core. Slice into fine strips.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a worktop, cut into 4 strips.
  • Brush the strips with apricot jam.
  • Cover the upper half of the strip with apple slices.
  • Mix the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle the apple pieces with it.
  • Fold the lower half of the puff pastry over the apples so that only the upper arches peek out.
  • Roll the strip up to form a rose.
  • Proceed in the same way with all strips of dough and place the puff pastry roses in prepared muffin molds.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 20 minutes.
  • Take it out and dust with powdered sugar if you like.
