Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of thyme
  • 3 tbsp rosemary, fresh
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 8 tsp smoked salt
  • 150 g hazelnuts
  • 150 g cashew nuts
  • 150 g walnuts
  • 150 g almonds, peeled
  • 150 g pumpkin seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with thyme, rosemary and smoked salt

Pick the thyme, finely chop it with the rosemary, and mix it with the egg white, oil, and smoked salt. Mix with the nuts, almonds, and pumpkin seeds and spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) on the second rack from the bottom for 15-20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Let cool and wrap. It also tastes great with sunflower seeds.
