Ingredients
 

  • 120 g Herring fillets
  • 1 Apple - sour
  • 0,5 packet Mixed vegetables frozen
  • 2 big Pickles
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 big Cooked potatoes - waxy
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Cayenne pepper - or a small. red chilli
  • To garnish:
  • 2 Free range eggs
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Onion - cut into rings

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potato, peel and cut into cubes. Briefly boil over mixed vegetables, strain. Cut the pickles into cubes, peel the apple and also cut into small pieces, and put the onion, cut into fine rings, into a prepared bowl.
  • Mix everything well with the sour cream of the mayonnaise, season well with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
  • Serve on a lettuce leaf and decorate with the cherry tomatoes and possibly eggs. Serve with white bread or any other pastry. And there was also a salmon terrine
