Egg with Lettuce
The perfect egg with lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the salad
- 80 Milliliters Cream
- 2 piece Butter flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Maggi
- 2 Discs Toast
- 0,5 head Iceberg lettuce fresh
- 100 Milliliters Cream
- 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 50 g Chopped nuts
preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Butter two casserole dishes.
The preparation
- Whisk the cream with the spices and season with Maggi seasoning.
- Spread the cream on the molds and slowly pour in one egg each. Place a butter flake in the oven on the middle rail and wait approx. 12 minutes.
The salad
- Finely chop the iceberg lettuce.
- Make a sauce from the cream, lemon juice and sugar and pour over the iceberg lettuce. Mix carefully. Put the nuts on top.
