Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 herring fillets (double fillets)
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 4 tsp, heaped ginger, fermented
- 150 g cream cheese with horseradish
- 3 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
- ½ tsp fish sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Finely dice the onion and ginger. Finely grate the horseradish. Mix all ingredients, except the fish, and let stand for 1 hour. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and add to the sauce.
