Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 egg(s), boiled
- 5 tbsp sour cream
- 65 ml milk
- ½ onion(s)
- 240 g smoked salmon
- ½ bunch of dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the quark and sour cream with the milk. Finely chop the onion and egg and stir in with the dill. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, fold in the finely sliced salmon. This dish goes particularly well with boiled potatoes and a green salad.
