  • 4 beetroot, cooked
  • 2 apples
  • 1 gherkin(s) or pickled cucumber
  • 100 g meat, cooked or sausage in small cubes
  • 1 small onion(s), grated
  • Pepper, white
  • Parsley

  • 100 ml cream
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar
