Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 herring fillets
- 3 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 4 cucumber(s) , (pickles)
- 1 pinch of dill
- 250 g sour cream
- 250 g sweet cream
- 250 g natural yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes
Cut the herring fillets into pieces and the onions into rings. Finely dice the carrots and cucumbers. Mix everything well and let it marinate for at least 24 hours.
