Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed or just beef
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 tomatoes, diced (if you don’t like the skin, peel it off first)
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 slice(s) lemon(s)
- e.g. salt and pepper
- possibly sambal oelek
- 400 ml broth (meat or vegetable broth)
- some fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
tastes good with many side dishes
Brown the minced meat in a casserole dish. Then, let the onions become translucent and sauté the diced tomatoes for 5 minutes. Dust with flour and let it cook. Slowly add the broth, bay leaf, and lemon wedge. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and, if you like it spicy, sambal oelek.
