Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g dough (bread dough)
  • 4 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 250 g bacon (fat)
  • 5 eggs
  • Salt
  • Breadcrumbs
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 4 rolls
  • Milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the leek into approximately 1cm thick slices (do not overdo it with the green parts), wash it, and marinate it in salt for about 30 minutes. Then squeeze the excess water. Wash the lettuce, tear the leaves into small pieces, and add them to the leek. Soak the bread rolls in milk and add them. Mix everything thoroughly with the eggs and season with nutmeg and pepper. Roll out the bread dough on a baking sheet. Spread the dough on top and spread the diced, breaded bacon on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
