Heyko's Gogonzola sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g Gorgonzola spicy
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 ml whipped cream or cooking cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple – quick – delicious

Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan. Crumble in the cheese with the rind and add a little cream. Stir continuously with a spatula. Gradually add the cream and melt the cheese. Finally, whisk until smooth. Serve the sauce with gnocchi or spaghetti.
