Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g double cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, heaped tbsp
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • n. B. Chocolate sprinkles for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with cream cheese, almonds and honey

Beat the cream cheese and cream until creamy. Stir in the honey. Sift the cocoa powder into the mixture and mix thoroughly. Fold in the almonds. Form the mixture into small balls and roll them in the chocolate sprinkles. Store the balls in a cool place.
