Spaghetti with Vienna sausages

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 ml tomato sauce
  • 6 sausages (Wiener), sliced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 300g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of your choice (e.g. thyme, rosemary, oregano)
  • lots of freshly grated Parmesan

simple recipe when you need it quickly

Pour the tomato sauce into a pot, add the garlic and sausage slices. Season the sauce with herbs, salt, and pepper, and simmer gently. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions until al dente. Drain the spaghetti and divide it among soup bowls. Spoon the tomato/Vienna sauce over it and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with a seasonal salad.
