Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g lamb liver, sliced
- 200 g garlic, young, cut into 3 cm pieces
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Lamb liver with young garlic
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the young garlic until it is just lightly browned. Then remove and set aside. In the same pan, fry the liver on each side for about 2 minutes, depending on the thickness of the slices. Then season with salt and pepper. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle the young garlic over it.
