Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 egg(s)
- e.g. lemon(s) peel
- Jam, red
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Knead the dough from the top 7 ingredients and chill. Roll out to the thickness of a knife’s back. Cut out three round cookies of different sizes. Bake at 175°C for about 15 minutes. Glue the three cookies together with jam, placing the largest cookie on the bottom and the smallest cookie on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
