Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Jam (strawberry or currant jelly)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Christmas cookies filled with jam

Knead everything thoroughly. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Cut out cookies in various shapes. Cut a round hole out of half of the cookies. Bake the cookies at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Spread the jelly on the cookies without holes, place the holes on top, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
