Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g margarine
- 60 g sugar
- 120 g flour, possibly some nuts or almonds
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 500 g cheese (steamed cheese)
- 500 ml milk
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
- 1 tsp flavoring (Lemongrass)
- 200 ml cream
- 3 eggs or less
- 40 ml oil
- Flour for the hands
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Knead the dough for the base from margarine and baking powder. With floured hands, press it into a 26 cm round pan, leaving no edges. Sprinkle with raisins, ground nuts, or chopped almonds as desired and press down lightly. Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the topping ingredients (it should be quite runny) and carefully pour them onto the base with a ladle. Bake for another 60-70 minutes. Turn off the oven and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
