Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g pumpkin flesh, from Hokkaido
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g chopped tomatoes (from a can)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- n. B. broth
- 4 sausages, raw
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dice the pumpkin and finely slice the onion. Heat the oil and sauté the pumpkin and onions. Add the tomato paste and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Pour in a little broth and simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes. Fry the sausages in a separate pan. Serve the pumpkin goulash with the sausages. Mashed potatoes go best with this!
