Hokkaido meets puff pastry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • ½ small Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
  • ½ pack of cream cheese with fried onions, or as desired
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • 1 medium-sized garlic clove(s)
  • Seasoning salt for tomato mozzarella
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry and spread with the cream cheese. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces and arrange it on top. Cut the Hokkaido pumpkin into thin strips and arrange it on top of the feta cheese. Slice the red onion into rings and add it to the mixture along with the spices. Crush the garlic over the top and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes at 175°C (350°F) fan-assisted oven.
