Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry (refrigerated section)
- 500 g onion(s)
- 1 tsp margarine
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml sour cream
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 200 g mountain cheese, grated
- some salt and pepper

Line a round quiche dish with the puff pastry. Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat: 180°C). Peel the onions and slice them into half rings. Melt the margarine in a pan and fry the onions until light brown. In a bowl, combine the eggs, sour cream, caraway seeds, and cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Quickly stir in the onions and pour the mixture onto the puff pastry base in the dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
