A low-calorie miracle recipe! Serves 10

Mix the quark, baking powder, and cornflour while still cold. Heat the milk and add the maple syrup, then stir it into the cold quark and flour mixture. Beat the egg whites and fold in the walnuts. Place the quark dough in circles with a radius of 5 cm on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place a large dollop of egg white and walnut cream in the center of each circle. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) with conventional heat. It will definitely turn out well if prepared correctly. At first glance, the recipe doesn’t look appealing, but it’s a hit in the luxury restaurant in America where my sister works. This recipe comes straight from Hollywood, so it’s low in calories and tastes great! Makes 10 cookies, each with 30 calories.
