Ingredients
- 600 g Pork schnitzel
- 2 Red Paprika
- 3 Onions
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 1 Fennel bulb
- 4 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 150 ml Buttermilk
Instructions
- Cut the schnitzel into thin strips, core the paprika and also cut into strips. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Wash and peel the cucumber, dice.
- Mix the paprika powder and salt. Season the sliced meat with it and let it steep for a moment.
- Clean and halve the fennel bulb, slice finely.
- Fry the meat and the onions in the rapeseed oil and roast for 5 minutes. Mix in the bell pepper, cucumber and fennel.
- Mix the tomato paste with 4 tablespoons of hot water, the vegetable stock and the buttermilk, pour over the shredded meat and let simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
- There was brown rice for the children !!
