  • 600 g Pork schnitzel
  • 2 Red Paprika
  • 3 Onions
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 1 Fennel bulb
  • 4 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 2 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 150 ml Buttermilk
  1. Cut the schnitzel into thin strips, core the paprika and also cut into strips. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Wash and peel the cucumber, dice.
  2. Mix the paprika powder and salt. Season the sliced ​​meat with it and let it steep for a moment.
  3. Clean and halve the fennel bulb, slice finely.
  4. Fry the meat and the onions in the rapeseed oil and roast for 5 minutes. Mix in the bell pepper, cucumber and fennel.
  5. Mix the tomato paste with 4 tablespoons of hot water, the vegetable stock and the buttermilk, pour over the shredded meat and let simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
