Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Pork schnitzel
  • 2 Red Paprika
  • 3 Onions
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 1 Fennel bulb
  • 4 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 2 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 150 ml Buttermilk

Instructions
 

  • Cut the schnitzel into thin strips, core the paprika and also cut into strips. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Wash and peel the cucumber, dice.
  • Mix the paprika powder and salt. Season the sliced ​​meat with it and let it steep for a moment.
  • Clean and halve the fennel bulb, slice finely.
  • Fry the meat and the onions in the rapeseed oil and roast for 5 minutes. Mix in the bell pepper, cucumber and fennel.
  • Mix the tomato paste with 4 tablespoons of hot water, the vegetable stock and the buttermilk, pour over the shredded meat and let simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
  • There was brown rice for the children !!
