Tagliatelle with Salmon
The perfect tagliatelle with salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Tagliatelle
- 250 g Salmon fillet
- 1 Cucumber
- 150 ml Whipped cream
- 2 tbsp Sauce binder light
- 1 Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Margarine
- Peel the onion and cucumber and cut into cubes. Sauté the onion in a little margarine, add the cucumber cubes and add some water. Braise for 5 minutes.
- Place the salted salmon pieces on the cucumber cubes and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid closed. Take out the salmon with the foam lick and keep warm.
- Cook the ribbon noodles. Stir the cream into the cucumber and bind with the sauce thickener.
- Mix the ribbon noodles with the cucumber pieces on the plate. Cut the salmon into pieces and pour over. Salt and pepper.
