Tagliatelle with Salmon

The perfect tagliatelle with salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Tagliatelle
  • 250 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 150 ml Whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp Sauce binder light
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Margarine
  1. Peel the onion and cucumber and cut into cubes. Sauté the onion in a little margarine, add the cucumber cubes and add some water. Braise for 5 minutes.
  1. Place the salted salmon pieces on the cucumber cubes and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid closed. Take out the salmon with the foam lick and keep warm.
  1. Cook the ribbon noodles. Stir the cream into the cucumber and bind with the sauce thickener.
  1. Mix the ribbon noodles with the cucumber pieces on the plate. Cut the salmon into pieces and pour over. Salt and pepper.
