Homemade chocolate with dates and cocoa butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 90 g cocoa butter
  • 120 g dates

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 22 minutes

Melt the cocoa butter. Remove from the heat and mix in the cocoa powder. Chop the dates in a high-performance blender and mix in. Alternatively, puree with a little water, using less cocoa butter. Pour into molds and chill. The chocolate can be refined as desired, e.g., with spices, nuts, etc.
