- Homemade herb butter You take depending on how much butter you want to make. I took one with 200g. Let it soften and put it in a small bowl. Then you season with various herbs. You can take a herbal mixture. Add 2 cloves of garlic and mix well. Then pour into a piping nozzle and form small rosettes. Then you can put them on a plate or a tray and freeze them.
