Homemade Oreo ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 800 g condensed milk
  • 1 liter of whipped cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 8 tsp hazelnut spread
  • 30 cookies (Oreo cookies)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 25 minutes

Refined with nut-nougat cream.

Combine milk, condensed milk, and vanilla sugar in a large bowl. Whip the cream until stiff. Crush the Oreo cookies. Add the stiff cream to the milk mixture. Add the Oreo cookies to the mixture and stir. Stir in the hazelnut spread and place the finished mixture in the freezer for about 5 hours. Stir every hour to prevent lumps and to ensure the cookies are evenly distributed.
