Ingredients

  • Peanuts, peeled 250 g
  • 60 ml Oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Peel the peanuts and remove the skins.
  • Roast the nuts a little in a pan without fat, if they start to turn a little brown it is enough.
  • Do not take all of the nuts together with the oil at first, puree them finely in a blender, add oil depending on the consistency and continue mixing. At the end, add a pinch of sugar and a little salt.
  • I didn't take much of either, so I have a neutral peanut butter that I can use for cooking and baking. If you want to use them as a spread just add more sugar.
  • It made 1 1/2 small jars, I store it in the refrigerator
