Ingredients
- 6 small Schnitzel, I used bat schnitzel
- Clarified butter
- Salt
- Pepper
For the sauce:
- 250 ml Cream
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Food starch
- 3 tbsp Curry
Instructions
- Bat schnitzel are of course not really from the bat: D They are from pork and are also called virgin schnitzel, relatively small but super tender.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
- Heat some clarified butter in a pan. Salt and pepper the schnitzel and fry them briefly in clarified butter.
- In the meantime, stir the starch into a little milk, stir in the remaining milk, cream and curry powder.
- Place the schnitzels in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Baked in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Finished
- There was rice and a green salad.
