Ingredients
 

  • 6 small Schnitzel, I used bat schnitzel
  • Clarified butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

For the sauce:

  • 250 ml Cream
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Food starch
  • 3 tbsp Curry

Instructions
 

  • Bat schnitzel are of course not really from the bat: D They are from pork and are also called virgin schnitzel, relatively small but super tender.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
  • Heat some clarified butter in a pan. Salt and pepper the schnitzel and fry them briefly in clarified butter.
  • In the meantime, stir the starch into a little milk, stir in the remaining milk, cream and curry powder.
  • Place the schnitzels in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Baked in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Finished
  • There was rice and a green salad.
