Homemade protein shake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g peanuts, unsalted with shell
  • 500 ml milk (protein milk)
  • 2 tbsp, heaped peanut butter, fine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Shell the peanuts and then place them in a large measuring cup. Pour the protein milk into the measuring cup and add the finely ground peanut butter. Blend with a hand blender until you have a protein shake. Tips: The milk should have a protein content of 50g or more per liter. 100g of peanuts and 1 heaped tablespoon of peanut butter are also good. Approximately 518 kcal per serving.
