Homemade Ravioli with 2-cheese Filling

  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Feta
  • Edam
  1. Put the flour in a bowl and make a small well. Put the eggs in this hole. Then mix the ingredients with a fork. Then knead everything well. If the dough is too dry, add a few drops of water. If it is sticky, add some flour. Always knead well until you get a nice, smooth dough that doesn’t stick. Then set aside and let rest.

  3. Then cut the pasta dough into small portions and roll out until thin dough flaps are formed. Then cut out ovals and place a spoonful of the filling in the middle. Then fold the ovals together and press the edge together. Make sure that there is as little air as possible in the noodle. Then put the pasta in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Finished! I made a simple Bolognese sauce with it. Good Appetite!
