Pour the cow’s milk into a large glass bowl and let it stand at room temperature for at least 24 hours. It’s recommended to cover the bowl with a tea towel and not move it. The curd isn’t ready until it’s completely solid. You can now serve the curd in portions and enjoy. It’s also delicious with red fruit jelly or other fruit. The stated time does not include the time required to catch and milk the neighbor’s cow!
