Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g flour, sifted
  • 4 eggs, (M)
  • 4 tbsp butter, liquid
  • 250 ml milk or cream or mineral water
  • Salt
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 hours; Total time approx. 15 hours 10 minutes

a meal that is always prepared quickly, whether sweet or savory

Sift flour, eggs, butter, the quarter liter of liquid, and salt into a batter. Then strain the batter through a sieve and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then bake four pancakes.
