Homemade tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 250 g herb curd
  • 1 tsp beef broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly. Remove the green parts. Dice the tomatoes, place them in a blender, and blend thoroughly. Pour the sauce into a pot, mix in the herb curd, and season with 1 teaspoon of instant broth. Mix everything well. Heat over medium heat. Tastes good cold, too. Goes well with meat, salads, and even meatless dishes.
