Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g peas, frozen
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tahini
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- salt and pepper
- possibly chili

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the peas in water for about 5 minutes, drain, and let cool. Then puree them with the other ingredients, salt, and pepper. If you want it a bit spicier, you can add some chili. You’ve got a delicious spread. I pour the puree into jars, which I then clean with steam from the coffee machine.
