Buttermilk Banana Muesli

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 50 g cornflakes
  • 50 g spelt flakes
  • 50 g raisins
  • 2 tbsp bran
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the buttermilk, cinnamon, and honey. Mix the oat and spelt flakes, cornflakes, raisins, flaxseed, and bran well. Divide between two plates or cereal bowls and pour over the banana buttermilk.
