Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 mango(s)
- 3 tbsp almond(s) (flaked almonds)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the bananas. Halve them lengthwise, then crosswise. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of lemon juice over the banana pieces. Peel the mango, cut into stoned slices, and cut into thin wedges. Peel the kiwis and cut into slices or wedges. Arrange the mango wedges and kiwi slices on 4 plates. Lightly toast the almonds in a pan over low heat, stirring occasionally, then remove and set aside. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Fry the bananas over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown. Add the honey and remaining lemon juice and toss the bananas briefly. Place the bananas on the plates with the fruit and sprinkle with the almond flakes. Serve immediately.
