Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g rye flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 60 g raisins
- 80 g honey
- 0.38 liters of milk, sour
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the flour with salt, baking soda, and raisins. Combine the honey and sour milk, add to the flour, and stir until smooth. Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into it. Bake at 175°C for about 60 minutes.
