Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 375 g spaghetti
- some salt
- 50 g raisins
- 4 tbsp rum
- 1 lemon(s)
- 50 g butter
- 150 g liquid honey
- 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the spaghetti. Soak the raisins in the rum. Grate the lemon zest, halve the lemon, and squeeze the juice. Melt half the butter in a saucepan, add the honey, lemon juice, and zest, and dissolve the honey. Toast the hazelnuts in the remaining butter until brown. Toss the spaghetti with the raisins, honey sauce, and hazelnuts.
