Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 175 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 cup(s) cornflakes (honey pops or smacks, etc.)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cream the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the egg and continue beating until the mixture forms a thick paste. Combine the flour and baking powder and sift them over the butter mixture with a pinch of salt. Finally, stir in the honey pops. Be careful, though, as they break easily. Use a teaspoon to scoop out small heaps of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 12-14 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet, then enjoy.
