Honeydew melon and banana drink

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g honeydew melon(s)
  • 100 g banana(s)
  • 50 g quark
  • 50 g yogurt
  • 100 g milk
  • e.g. sugar or agave syrup
  • some lime juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with quark

Halve the honeydew melon, remove the seeds, and dice the flesh. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Blend the fruit with quark, yogurt, and milk, and season with sugar/agave syrup and lime juice. Pour into glasses.
