Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced beef
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 ½ tbsp flour
- 200 ml red wine
- 300 ml meat broth
- ¼ tsp cardamom
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp. clove powder
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 450 g pasta (horn pasta)
- e.g. applesauce or apple slices
- n. B. Cheese, grated
- e.g. butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with various Christmas spices
Remove the meat from the refrigerator one hour before cooking. Brown the meat in hot clarified butter. Add the onions and garlic, cook briefly, add the spices, and then sprinkle over the flour. Deglaze with the red wine and bring to a boil while stirring. Pour in the broth, cover, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside. Top with butter. Serve in warmed plates and spoon the meat sauce over the meat. Serve with grated cheese, if desired. Serve with applesauce or preserved apple slices.
